PixelPack is designed with privacy as a core principle:

100% Offline Processing: All file analysis, organization, and cleanup operations happen entirely on your device. No data is sent to our servers or any third-party servers.
No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information, media files, or usage data.
No Tracking: We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, cookies, or any other tracking technologies.
No Cloud Services: We do not upload, sync, or back up your files to any cloud service.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

To be completely transparent, PixelPack does NOT collect:

Your photos, videos, or other media files
File names, paths, or metadata
Device information (model, OS version, etc.)
Usage statistics or app analytics
Location data
Contact information
Email addresses or account information
Any other personal or non-personal data

3. In-App Purchases

If you choose to purchase PixelPack Pro, the transaction is processed by Google Play Store. We receive:

Purchase confirmation and transaction status
Product ID to unlock Pro features

We do NOT receive your payment information, billing address, or any other financial data. All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play Store according to their Privacy Policy.

4. Android Permissions

PixelPack requires the following Android permissions to function:

READ_MEDIA_IMAGES and READ_MEDIA_VIDEO: Required to access your photos and videos for organization and cleanup features. This permission is used only to read file metadata and content on your device. No data leaves your device.
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (if needed): Required for advanced file management features. Used only to access files on your device's storage.

These permissions are used exclusively to provide the app's core functionality. We do not use these permissions to collect or transmit any data.

5. Third-Party Services

PixelPack integrates with the following third-party services:

Google Play Billing Library: Used exclusively for in-app purchases. This library operates according to Google's privacy policies. PixelPack does not access or store any additional data through this integration.
No Advertising Networks: PixelPack does not include any advertising SDKs, tracking libraries, or analytics services.

6. Data Storage

All app settings and preferences (such as large file threshold, display preferences) are stored locally on your device using Android's DataStore. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third parties.

7. Children's Privacy

PixelPack is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any data, this is automatically compliant, but we want to make this clear.

8. Data Security

Since PixelPack processes all data locally on your device:

Your files are never transmitted over the internet
There is no risk of data breaches affecting your files through our service
All operations are subject to your device's security settings

We recommend keeping your Android device updated and using appropriate device-level security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.).

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by:

Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
Posting a notice in the app (for significant changes)

Your continued use of PixelPack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Your Rights

Since PixelPack does not collect or store your data, there is no data for us to provide, modify, or delete. However, you have the following rights:

Access: Since we don't collect data, there's nothing to access.
Deletion: You can uninstall the app at any time, which removes all locally stored preferences.
Opt-out: You can stop using the app at any time.

If you have purchased Pro features through Google Play, you can manage your subscription or request refunds through Google Play Store's standard procedures.

11. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may apply to you. However, since PixelPack does not collect, sell, or share any personal information, we have no data to disclose under CCPA. We do not sell personal information and never have.

12. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may apply. Since PixelPack does not process personal data (all processing happens locally on your device), GDPR's data processing requirements do not apply. However, we respect your rights:

Right to Access: We have no data to provide as we don't collect any.
Right to Erasure: Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
Right to Data Portability: Not applicable as we don't collect data.
Right to Object: You can stop using the app at any time.

13. International Users

PixelPack is designed to operate entirely on your device, so no data crosses international borders through our service. All processing happens locally, regardless of your location.
